There are two places I have seen and witnessed having a landscape such as this, along with the cloud pattern overhead: along the Yellowstone River east of Billings and on the Rhone River in France! I know those two locations seem absurd, but both had similar rock formations and both had fast moving storm clouds moving overhead.
