I was very surprised and honored recently to receive this notice of award of Signature Member status in the Western Colorado Watercolor Society. Generally, Signature Member status is honored when an artist has three acceptances in a qualifying watercolor society’s show. Usually, a show may only accept one painting per show – but chances are, an artist may not have any accepted in that particular show. It’s all up to the Juror or Jurors to decide.

My paintings that were accepted were: The Opportunist in 2025; Vintner of Beaujolais, Pilgrimage to Mont St. Michel in 2023. All of these paintings you will find on my website in the Travel section.
