Winter Plum

Walking around Kyoto, I would take notice of so many elements of Japanese landscapes, plants, trees, architectural elements, and much else. I was fascinated with the Far East going back as far as grade school. I noticed these plum trees on a November day in the parks of Kyoto. They have such grace and I certainly see the aesthetic influence they have on Japanese art forms.
