Having camped at Glacier National Park numerous times, we have found that the east side of the park is less crowded and far more “wild” in the sense of remoteness and certainly, wind. This is a view of the mountain as one is driving north from Two Medicine towards Many Glacier.
The Blackfoot Nation borders the east side of Glacier. Canada is just to the north and shares the International Peace Park with the U.S.
