These rocks are perched just above the bend in the river and on and below them are sage and rabbitbrush. Both have a soft gray/blue color and are nearly identical until the rabbit brush blooms. There was early morning light and fog appeared between these foreground cliffs and the mountains in the distance, giving a softness to the landscape.
